The Support & Service Center for and of the Deafblind "SMILE"

Almost all deafblind people are obliged to spend an isolated and lonely life because of our communication barriers among our family and other people. Since "Smile" was established in 1999, we have been developing various services for people with deafblindness to let them lead a lively life and have an equal right as a member of the society.
